Test-and-release efficacy (eq. 2 of Ashcroft et al. 2021)

Averaged over those who test negative and are released at t_R and those who test positive and are detained until t_R_positive.

Arguments

t_Q

Quarantine start.

t_T

Test time.

t_R

Release time.

false_negative

False-negative probability in [0, 1].

generation_time

Output of gamma_generation_time.

t_R_positive

Release time for test-positives; defaults to the end of the grid.

Value

A list with efficacy, efficacy_detained, efficacy_released, false_negative, t_T, t_R, bound, note.
