Build a gamma generation-time density on a grid, normalised

Defaults are a shape/scale pair in the range reported for SARS-CoV-2; they are a placeholder, not the paper's fit.

Usage

)

Arguments

shape

Positive shape.

scale

Positive scale.

grid

Optional grid of times.

t_max

Maximum time when grid is NULL.

n

Number of grid points.

Value

A list with t and density.

Examples
