Rank of a subset: the size of its largest independent subset

Usage

morie_matroid_rank(ground, independent, subset = NULL)

Arguments

ground, independent

The matroid.

subset

Subset to rank; defaults to the whole ground set.

Value

Integer rank.

Examples

V <- c(1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)
morie_matroid_rank(V, V)
