Bagging aggregator over member predictions (Geron Ch 6, morie.fn grbag)

Mean / median / hard-vote aggregation, with the across-predictor variance (ddof = 1, matching grbag) as the disagreement diagnostic.

Usage

morie_geron_bagging_predictor(predictions, aggregate = "mean")

Arguments

predictions

Matrix (B, m).

aggregate

"mean", "median", "vote".

Value

List with prediction, per_instance_variance, mean_disagreement, n_predictors, se.
