Synchronized average around trigger indices

morie_dsp_synchronized_average.Rd

Extracts length-window epochs centred on each trigger_indices value and averages them. Out-of-bounds triggers are dropped.

Usage

morie_dsp_synchronized_average(x, trigger_indices, window = 100L)

Arguments

x

Numeric vector.

trigger_indices

Integer vector of 1-based event indices.

window

Epoch length (centred). Default 100.

Value

Mean epoch, length window.
