Usage
mafft_xcorr_direct(a, b, size)
Arguments
- a
A vector; its length is taken and its elements indexed.
- b
A vector; its length is taken and its elements indexed.
- size
A count; the body uses it as rep(...).
Value
The value of out, as built in the body.
Examples
mafft_xcorr_direct(c(1, 2, 3), c(0, 1, 0.5), size = 5)
#> [1] 3.5 2.0 0.5 0.0 3.0
