mafft_peaks

A step of the mafft_native implementation. Called by find_homologous_segments. See the file header for the source the module follows.

Usage

mafft_peaks(lags, c, n_peaks)

Arguments

lags

A vector; indexed elementwise.

c

Numeric; passed to order.

n_peaks

Coerced to integer by the body, with as.integer.

Value

The value of [.
