mafft_lookup

A step of the mafft_native implementation. Called by mafft_site_score, normalized_similarity_matrix, wsp_score. See the file header for the source the module follows.

Usage

mafft_lookup(M, a, b)

Arguments

M

A vector; indexed elementwise.

a

Passed to paste0.

b

Passed to paste0.

Value

One of two values, depending on the branch taken.
