mafft_degap(group)

Arguments

group

A vector; its length is taken and its elements indexed.

Value

A vector, from vapply.

Examples

mafft_degap(c("MK-LA", "M--LA"))
#>  MK-LA  M--LA 
#> "MKLA" "M-LA"
