A step of the mafft_native implementation. Called by normalized_similarity_matrix. See the file header for the source the module follows.

Usage

mafft_default_raw(seq_type, which = "jtt200")

Arguments

seq_type

Compared against "nt".

which

Compared against "grantham". Defaults to "jtt200".

Value

A list with M, f.

Examples
