A step of the mafft_native implementation. Called by mafft_alignment. See the file header for the source the module follows.

Usage

mafft_clean(seqs, seq_type = NULL)

Arguments

seqs

Passed to unlist.

seq_type

Optional; may be NULL. One of "aa", "nt".

Value

A list with seqs, seq_type.

Examples

mafft_clean(c("acgt-", "AC GT"))
