VgmSemivariance: \(\gamma(0) = 0\), \(\gamma(h) = \sum psill\,g(h)\)
plus nuggets, with the unit-sill shapes of gstat vgm (Nug, Exp, Sph, Gau,
Exc, Mat, Ste, Cir, Lin, Bes, Pen, Per, Wav, Hol, Log, Pow) and Cub
(cubic), Cau (Cauchy), JBes (J-Bessel), Dmp (damped oscillation), Cos
(Chiles and Delfiner 2012). VgmCovariance and VgmCorrelogram
give \(C(0) - \gamma(h)\) and \(1 - \gamma(h)/C(0)\) for bounded models.
Identical to the Python arm morie.fn.vgmods.
Usage
VgmSemivariance(h, model)
VgmCovariance(h, model)
VgmCorrelogram(h, model)
Arguments
- h
Distance(s).
- model
Component list or list of nested components.
