Semivariance \(\sum dz^2/(2N)\) of ordered pairs by lag cell
\((dx, dy)\) of side width, cells centred at multiples of
width up to cutoff (Isaaks and Srivastava 1989).

Arguments

Values.
- coords
Two-column matrix.
- cutoff
Maximum lag per axis.
- width
Cell width.
Value
List with dx, dy, gamma, np (non-empty cells, sorted by dx, dy).
