Uno C-index for censored data

The truncated, inverse-probability-of-censoring-weighted concordance index. A thin alias for Cstat(method = "uno"); the estimator already exists and is not duplicated here.

Usage

Survci2(time, event, risk_score)

Arguments

time

Observed event or censoring times.

event

Event indicator, 1 = event, 0 = censored.

risk_score

Predicted risk; higher means shorter survival.

Value

List with estimate, c_statistic, se, ci_lower, ci_upper, comparable, method.
