Pairs x with its spatial lag Wx (or the lag Wy of a second variable); with row-standardised W the least-squares slope is Moran's I (Anselin 1996). As spdep::moran.plot, the line Wx ~ x is fitted and each point gets the stats::influence.measures diagnostics (DFBETAS, DFFIT, COVRATIO, Cook's distance, hat value) and the is_inf flag of stats::influence.measures.

Usage

MoranScatter(x, W, y = NULL)

Arguments

x

Numeric vector.

W

Spatial weights matrix.

y

Optional second variable whose lag is the vertical axis.

Value

List with x, wx, slope, intercept, dfb_1, dfb_x, dffit, cov_r, cook_d, hat, is_inf.
