LocationQuotient: (e_ri / e_r) / (e_i / e) for a regions x
industries matrix (REAT::locq); method = "difference" gives
e_ri/e_r - e_i/e. KrugmanIndex: K = sum |x_i/sum(x) -
r_i/sum(r)| and Hoover K/2. LqGini: Gini of location
quotients (REAT::gini.spec). HerfindahlIndex: HHI, its
normalised form, 1/H and the concentration ratio CR_k.
Identical to the Python arm morie.fn.econgeo.
Usage
