KnoxTest: Knox (1964) count with Poisson and Philox-permutation p-values. NearRepeatTable: banded observed/expected pair counts (Townsley et al. 2003). MantelTest: vegan::mantel statistic with Philox permutations. GeographicProfile: Rossmo (1995) CGT. AoristicWeights: Ratcliffe (2002). Kde2d: as MASS::kde2d. CrossCorrelation: as stats::ccf. EofAnalysis: EOFs of a times x locations field. Identical to the Python arm morie.fn.sttools.
