ExpectedCounts: \(E_i = \sum_s n_{is} r_s\) with pooled stratum
rates, as SpatialEpi::expected (areas x strata tables).
StandardizedRatio: \(y/E\) with exact Poisson limits (Garwood
1936), as poisson.test. Identical to the Python arm
morie.fn.dismap.
Usage
ExpectedCounts(population, cases)
StandardizedRatio(observed, expected, conf = 0.95)
Arguments
- population, cases
Areas x strata matrices.
- observed, expected
Counts.
- conf
Confidence level.
