EbGlobal: Marshall (1991) global estimator as spdep::EBest.
EbLocal: local estimator as spdep::EBlocal (neighbourhoods
include the unit; variance terms use each neighbour's local mean).
ProbabilityMap: Choynowski (1959) Poisson tail probabilities as
spdep::probmap.
Usage
EbGlobal(cases, population)
EbLocal(cases, population, neighbours)
ProbabilityMap(cases, population, alternative = "less")
Arguments
- cases
Counts.
- population
Populations at risk.
- neighbours
List of 1-based neighbour indices (self excluded).
- alternative
"less" or "greater".
