Basic biomedical signal measures

Dcsub.Rd

R arm of morie.fn.dcsub, prdur and sactv. Dcsub: DC removal (subtract the mean). Prdur: PR intervals (QRS onset minus P onset) in seconds. Sactv: Hjorth activity, the population variance of the signal.

Prdur(p_on, qrs_on, fs = 1)

Sactv(x)

Arguments

Signal.

p_on, qrs_on

Sample indices of P-wave and QRS onsets.

fs

Sampling frequency.

Value

A named list (the Python result's fields).
