Formula: F_k(t) = integral_0^t S(u-) lambda_k(u) du

Usage

Cumcif(time, cause, event_type = NULL)

Arguments

time

Follow-up time per subject.

cause

0 for censored, otherwise the cause label, per subject.

event_type

Cause of interest, or NULL for 1.

Value

Whatever Crrcim returns.

Details

cumcif and crrcim are the same Aalen-Johansen estimator; this function forwards. Here cause carries the per-subject event-type vector.
