Aalen-Johansen: CIF_k(t) = sum S(t_{i-1}) d_ki / n_i, where S is the ALL-CAUSE Kaplan-Meier. That factor is the point: treating competing events as censored overstates the incidence.
Usage
Cif(time, cause, code = 1, alpha = 0.05)
morie_survival_cif(time, cause, code = 1, alpha = 0.05)Value
list with the cumulative incidence, its standard error, the confidence interval and the event times.
